Paul D. Ferreira, C.M.

Mr. Ferreira is the founder and principal of Eleuthera Associates, LLC. 
With over three decades of experience in the Construction Industry his goal continues to be to deliver services that combine  extensive knowledge and experience. 
He started his career working in the trenches as a journeyman in the family Construction Business. 
His ability to quickly learn new skills offered him the opportunity to take over the reins as the firm's Construction Manager. 
Later he went on to own and manage two successful Construction Companies that he continues to operate. Throughout his career Mr. Ferreira has acquired intricate skills that have made him proficient in areas such as Estimating, Proposals, Project Management, Project and Crew Oversight, Scheduling, Safety and OSHA Compliance, Contract and Specification Compliance, Owner and Subcontractor Relations and a variety of other skills. 
His problem solving abilities make him a stand out whether on a jobsite or analyzing a complex case. 
He is highly respected amongst his peers for his knowledge and integrity. 
In addition to numerous seminars Mr. Ferreira has considerable OSHA training and is accredited with a diploma in the field of Construction Management.

Mr. Ferreira has been instrumental in the settlement of diverse personal injury construction accident cases. 

Alan S. Fenrow, PLS

Energetic and Multi-tasked Professionally Licensed Land Surveyor with 13 years of experience in Property, Topographic, As Built Surveys, and Research. Experienced with Network GPS and NAD 83 Coordinate system and in Cell Tower Survey. 
Mr. Fenrow is also familiar with 3D Laser Scanning and its capabilities.
Active in the surveying community: surveyor member of Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc. (CALS), Middlesex County Co-Director (2007-2008) and Treasurer (2009-2010). He has participated in developing GNSS (GPS standards for surveying community) for inclusion in current standards for Connecticut.
